Wholesale purchasing is the process of buying products in bulk at a discounted price for resale. Businesses purchase wholesale items in larger quantities to stock their stores, salons, or boutiques, allowing them to sell products at a markup to their customers. Wholesale orders typically have minimum purchase requirements and do not qualify for consumer promotions or discounts.
Companies sell wholesale to expand their brand reach, increase overall sales volume, and build long-term relationships with retailers. They are able to offer lower prices because wholesale orders are placed in bulk, reducing packaging, labor, and shipping costs per unit. How to order wholesale
Wholesale purchasing takes place directly on our retail website, ScrubMeGood.com. Your login credentials will be assigned wholesale access when you create an account using our Wholesale Account Creation link.
Important Note: This website is primarily for direct-to-consumer sales, with an added wholesale purchasing option. All sales, promotions, rewards programs, or discounts of any kind apply to retail customers only and do not include wholesale orders.
1. Create a Wholesale Account

- If you create an account without using this link, you will not have access to wholesale pricing. If this happens, please contact us so we can correct it.
2. Log In to Your Account
- If you already have a wholesale account, log in here: Wholesale Login.
- Once logged in, you will see wholesale pricing as well as MSRP (the selling price we suggest).
- Each time you shop, it's VERY IMPORTANT to log into your wholesale account before adding anything to your cart. Login here.
3. Shop as Usual
- Browse our website and add items to your cart like you would on any other site.
- Not all products on ScrubMeGood.com are available for wholesale. If an item is unavailable for wholesale, you won’t see the item at all when you are logged in with wholesale credentials.
- Read product descriptions carefully to ensure you have all necessary details before purchasing. For additional information about a product, click on the drop-down menus (accordion menus) under the “+” signs.
4. Minimum Purchase Requirements
- Order Minimum: $150
- Orders over $500 qualify for a volume discount.
- Shipping: $10 flat rate, free shipping on orders over $250
- Product Minimums: Most wholesale items require a minimum quantity purchase. You can view our Minimum Order/Minimum Quantity Policy for details.
- If you try to purchase fewer than the required minimum, an error message will appear at the top of your cart page.

5. Order Processing & Shipping
- Most orders ship within 2 business days.
- Shipping typically takes up to 5 additional business days.
- Almost all orders are shipped USPS Ground Advantage.
6. Receiving Your Order
- Open your order right away and check that everything is correct.
- If there are any issues, let us know within 7 days so we can assist you.
- We recommend bringing your order inside as soon as possible—avoid leaving it outside in extreme hot or cold weather.

Ordering and Shipping
First, are you logged in with the correct email address? Is there another email you might have used for wholesale purchasing in the past?
Some items on our website are available only to retail customers. If you’re not logged in, the site assumes you're a retail shopper and lets you add those items to your cart. But once you log in to your wholesale account, you might see a message saying the item isn’t available—or it might just say it’s out of stock (even though it’s not). That just means the item isn't available to wholesale buyers.
If you’re also having issues like not seeing your wholesale pricing or prices disappearing at checkout, try this quick reset:
- Empty your cart (this step is very important!)
- Log out of your account
- Clear your browser cache and cookies (if you don't know how to do this, a google search asking how to do this for your device should find instructions)
- Log back in here
- Go to any item that you normally purchase and make sure you see wholesale pricing. If you don't, repeat steps 2 & 3.

We not ship outside the US at this time.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
